Reflective Workshops for Men

We run individual workshops of empowerment and resilence for First Nation Men. We offer these workshops to be delivered individually or in a series. Currently, we are running all of our individual workshops in a long term program that will run over 6 months.

SHORT WORKSHOPS

Each workshop runs for 4 x 2 hr sessions that run over a month. WCC is currently offering its individual workshops in a long workshop program format – see below.

If you or your organisation works with First Nation men who are fathers and you are interested in providing these workshops to them, please contact WCC on mobile 0432 481 831 or email on melissa@wildechangecollective.com.au.

LONG WORKSHOP PROGRAMS

The Black Father & Family Leadership Program is a culturally grounded workshop series designed to support Black men in healing, leading, and thriving as fathers and community leaders. Through safe, honest conversations, practical tools, and deep cultural reflection, the program strengthens men’s roles in their families and communities. Our long workshop programs operate in colloboration with First Nation employment readiness programs offered by Full Circle Consultancy.

About the Program

The Black Father & Family Leadership Program is a powerful series of workshops designed to support Black men in healing from intergenerational harm, reclaiming cultural strength, and stepping fully into their roles as fathers, partners, and leaders.

Structured as 6 x 4-week workshop modules, each theme is grounded in cultural knowledge, emotional growth, and real-world application. Whether you’re healing from your own childhood, navigating co-parenting, or wanting to raise your children with love and strength, this program offers tools, connection, and hope. The program is linked with a local, First Nation training and employment specialist Full Circle Consultancy and transitions to their program to support participants to transfer their skills and leadership into the workplace.

Our sessions are practical, therapeutic, and deeply respectful of the realities our men face — from systemic barriers and fatherlessness to cultural loss and the impact of violence. We offer a safe space to learn, unlearn, and grow.
