About Us

Wilde Change Collective

Wilde Change Collective is a First Nations–led enterprise built on the themes of First Nation resilience and empowerment. We are committed to community healing and systems transformation. We design and deliver powerful, trauma-informed workshops and programs that respond to the the First Nation voice — empowering individuals to create meaningful change for the home and the community, and supporting organisations in deliverying effective services for our communities.

We specialise in creating that space where a meeting in the middle can lead to innovative, home grown community solutions to explore healing and community growth.

The Collective – Other First Nation Businesses and Services

Our Foundation: Collaboration for Community Grown Change

At the heart of Wilde Change Collective is a deep commitment to working with other First Nations-led services, businesses, and changemakers — not in competition, but in solidarity.

We believe that self-determined, community rebuilding must be led by mob, for mob. That’s why we actively seek collaborations, grounded in shared values, cultural integrity, and a collective vision for justice, healing, and empowerment. Our approach centres collaboration over individualism — honouring the strength that comes when we walk together to co-design programs, amplify each other’s work, and build sustainable, locally-driven solutions.

Whether through joint workshops, consultancy, or community initiatives, we are guided by one truth: our communities deserve to heal, grow, and thrive on their own terms.
